History

Southeastern Power was founded in 1990 with the goal of offering a full line of dependable diesel engine generator sets. Today, Southeastern Power Products still uses high quality Kubota and John Deere technology in industry standard 1800 RPM units that it started with years ago.

Company Mission

Southeastern Power’s mission is to provide excellent customer service by building exactly what customers ask for at a reasonable price. To accomplish this, the company only uses off-the-shelf components, including Kubota and John Deere engines, generators with epoxy coated windings, and Cupro Nickel heat exchangers for marine applications. This can be done because the gen sets were designed for simple assembly and efficient operation.

The simplicity of the gen sets allow the company's employees to handle the demand for sales, service, and manufacturing from the main location where all components are stored. Servicing Southeastern Power gen sets is simple because the dipstick, oil and fuel filters, and run solenoid are all accessible on one side. Southeastern Power Products also has the capacity to custom-build or modify generator sets to suit individual customer needs with sub-base fuel tanks, enclosures, electronic panels, and other options. By keeping simplicity and reliability the main focus, Southeastern Power will continue to provide customers with high quality generator sets.
